Welcome Kit is a co-op program for new movers. By providing necessary information regarding voter registration, important telephone numbers, government/tax information, confirmation of change of address, and product and service coupons, the Welcome Kit can help new movers save time and money as they settle in to their new homes.This program envelope is designed to reach new movers at their new homes once their change of address forms are completed and processed. The 6 x 9 envelope is mailed first-class, and is the first piece of official mail confirming change of address for new movers.
